Škljoc - send photos from mobile phone to Facebook™
Our lab guys have successfully launched Slovenia only service that allows easy photo publishing from mobile phone to Facebook™.
After being some weeks in development, some more weeks in testing, our 3fslabs finally opened the curtain to their new mobile2web product named Škljoc.
Škljoc is a product that combines Facebook™ application capabilities, standalone proprietary solution and mobile network capabilities. It allows its users to easily send photos from their mobile to their Facebook™ account. Without any additional software on their phones. Zero. Nada.
How does it work? User discovers the Facebook™ application on Facebook or on other web sites publishing link to the app, installs the application to their account, submits their phone number (MSISDN) and starts sending MMS formatted photos to Škljoc contact in their address book. Photos are published in their original form, only subject is watermarked with Škljoc web address.
Škljoc is free of additional charges, so users only pay their MMS traffic according to their mobile operator's contract or chosen package. In Slovenia some MMS-es are bundled for free in most subscription packages, so for many users the usage of the Škljoc application will be completely free of charge.
Škljoc is available to Slovenian mobile operator's (Mobitel, SiMobil, Tuš mobil, t-2, debitel, izi mobil) users only.
