3fs labs produced a new phone application currently running on Android platform only, that works on the basis of stripgenerator™ engine and is used to funny up your taken photos and upload them on Twitpic with direct post to user's twitter account.
StripTweet should be a perfect tool for all your lolcat experience. It is extremely simple to use, has some fancy tools like colour picker, and all you need is a twitter account in order to post your creation to the world audience.
Currently supporting Android platform only, iPhone and Palm Pre versions coming out soon.
